VSG Partner Rob Vogel Speaks at Qui Tam Enforcement Conference in New York

On January 30, 2017, VSG partner Rob Vogel was featured as a speaker at the 4th Advanced Forum on False Claims & Qui Tam Enforcement, a legal education conference in New York City sponsored by the American Conference Institute. Mr. Vogel’s presentation, the “View from the Relator’s Bar,” discussed ways in which relators’ lawyers choose, prepare, and file qui tam cases; strategies for dealing with the government during its investigation of a qui tam case; and how relators’ lawyers can successfully prosecute qui tam lawsuits either with or without government intervention.
